Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If however, you would like to return the product, we are happy to offer a full refund of purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 days of receiving the product.

Our limited 30 Day money back guarantee requirements are below:

– Any product that is sealed/unopened can be returned.

– Any product that contains at least 75% by weight of the content.

– Product must be sent back to New Wave Essentials (NWE) at customers expense.

– All returns must be approved prior to sending back to NWE.
